Janina Williams is a Human Resources Administrator at Griswold Home Care in New Castle County, Delaware where she is a liaison between the caregivers, clients, and their families. She is responsible for recruiting and hiring new caregivers, their on-boarding and orientations, and disciplinary actions. She has worked for Griswold since 2016, beginning as a Client Care Manager.

Ms. Williams has held other positions as a Senior Social Worker/Case Manager for The Division for Developmental Disabilities/Community Services and as a Developmental Disabilities Center Director for The Division for Developmental Disabilities/The New Edge Center. In these roles she helped those with developmental disabilities with social services to help them head toward employment, and helped those aging clients by creating a Senior Service.

In addition to helping those in need, Ms. Williams is very musical. She attended the High School for the Creative and Performing Arts in Philadelphia and went on to major in vocal performance at Temple University. For ten years (from 2005 through 2015) she taught vocal music and principles of music at The Grand Opera House/Arts Academy in Wilmington. She has been active in musical theater, and for almost a year (2015-2016) she traveled throughout the Netherlands singing on their national television and with Dutch choirs and orchestras. She has even sung for Queen Latifah and Rosa Parks. Ms. Williams says she enjoys every genre of music.

Ms. Williams currently resides in Newark with her daughter. She continues to create music in her spare time by writing songs for her next album.
